and strategic negotiation skills to every client she serves. Julie works with a
wide range of buyers and sellers, including first time buyers, seniors, growing

throughout Virginia, including Winchester, Frederick, Clarke, Shenandoah,
Warren, Loudoun, and Fauquier Counties, as well as West Virginia’s Berkeley,
Hampshire, Jefferson, Morgan, Hardy, and Grant Counties. Having lived in the
area for over 50 years and raised her three children here, Julie offers not

she and her clients call home.

patient, knowledgeable, and low pressure. Julie takes a relationship focused
approach, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and empowered at every
step of the process. As a responsive and strategic negotiator, Julie’s goal is
always to protect her clients’ interests while helping them achieve the best
possible outcome.

In addition to her real estate
work, Julie is deeply committed to giving back to the community. Julie serves
as the CEO of a local nonprofit foundation and dedicates many volunteer hours
to supporting its mission. When she is not working with clients, Julie enjoys
cooking, baking, spending time outdoors, and staying connected to everything
the region has to offer.
